Could Dark Forest Theory apply to supernatural entities?
I know that I’m coming out of a manic episode right now. But the amount of coinciences required to get me to where I am right now makes me feel suspiciously fortunate, almost enough to consider myself agnostic. However, the only way I could reconcile the existence of a benevolent supernatural entity is if they had some reason to seek plausible deniability.
The only real explanation I can think of for why a supernatural entity would seek plausible deniability is if the Dark Forest Theory, created as a possible answer to Fermi’s Paradox, could also apply to the supernatural plane. But is that a leap too far?
